The Chair of the Covid Inquiry has delivered a List of Issues for Module 1. The List of Issues outlines in detail what will and will not be included in the M1 investigations. You can read the full provisional List of Issues below.

Last week, together with the Northern Ireland legal team, we sent joint submissions for both Module 2 and Module 3 to the Inquiry on behalf of Covid-19 Bereaved Families for Justice group (CBFFJ) and NI CBFFJ ahead of this week’s hearings.

As a reminder, the Module 3 preliminary hearing will be taking place tomorrow, Tuesday 28th February and will cover the impact of Covid-19 on the healthcare systems in the UK. The Module 2 preliminary hearing will then take place on Wednesday 1st March and will cover the core UK decision making processes.
