Module 2 & Moule 3 Submissions - 27th February 2023
Last week, together with the Northern Ireland legal team, we sent joint submissions for both Module 2 and Module 3 to the Inquiry on behalf of Covid-19 Bereaved Families for Justice group (CBFFJ) and NI CBFFJ ahead of this week’s hearings.
As a reminder, the Module 3 preliminary hearing will be taking place tomorrow, Tuesday 28th February and will cover the impact of Covid-19 on the healthcare systems in the UK. The Module 2 preliminary hearing will then take place on Wednesday 1st March and will cover the core UK decision making processes.
