Paralegal
How can I help you?

I am a Paralegal in the Wills, Trusts & Probate team. My role consists of assisting case handlers with their files, and being there for clients to assist with any queries you might have and make your experience with us as pleasant as possible.

My tasks vary on a day-to-day basis. Some days I might draft Lasting Powers of Attorney, or a complex Will, and some days I may find myself assisting in the day-to-day running of Trusts and administration of Estates.

A little about me

In my spare time I enjoy being creative and I am passionate about making a positive difference where I can.

My parents are profoundly Deaf, so from a young age I was exposed to the negative impacts of ineffective communication. I therefore enjoy getting to know each of our clients so that I can tailor our services to their specific needs, giving them as pleasant an experience as possible.

My favourite parts of my role are that no two days are the same, and I get to watch clients leave feeling positive about the experience.

My experience

I graduated from LJMU with an undergraduate degree in Law in 2022, and then with a masters degree in 2023.

I initially secured a role as a Discrimination Law Paralegal at another firm, where I gained valuable experience in navigating clients through emotional, overwhelming, and sensitive situations.

I then joined Jackson Lees in my role as a Wills, Trusts & Probate Paralegal in April 2023 and I am due to start my Training Contract with the firm in September 2025.

Due to my upbringing, I am fluent in British Sign Language, and I am currently pursuing my BSL Level 6 qualification to corroborate this fluency.
