Contact meHow can I help you?
I am a paralegal in Clinical Negligence Team, providing assistance to fee earners with their sensitive and complex matters. My role involves liaising with clients, experts and counsel, drafting legal documentation, to assist in progressing our clients claims, with care and empathy, in light of the challenging experiences they have unfortunately had.
A little about me
I’m originally from Scotland but grew up in Canada and the US until I was 6, so my accent is a bit of a hodgepodge!
I really enjoy travelling and I spent 4 years teaching English in Hong Kong, as well as a year studying in the Netherlands while at university. My Dutch is shockingly bad though!
I have a black rescue cat, who spends all her time either sleeping, eating or screaming at pigeons out of the window!
My experience
I joined Jackson Lees in September 2026. Before this, I spent over 4 years at an international commercial firm, where I started as a temp in the Construction team, before moving to a permanent role as a legal administration assistant in the Health Costs team. I was promoted to paralegal in 2023 and spent 3 years running my own caseload of litigated and pre-litigated files. I have also worked at a national firm for a year before this, where I was a legal assistant providing legal advice to Trade Union members, and later working with potential clients in relation to their medical negligence claims.
