How can I help you?

As a paralegal, I am one of the first points of contact for new Wills Trusts and Probate and I interact with clients both in person and over the phone. As well as offering services to clients, my main role is supporting solicitors in running their cases.

My main focus is Wills Trust and Probate, I help to manage the progression of cases whilst dealing with client queries and providing assistance in any way I can.

My day-to-day tasks can see me supporting solicitors in client meetings and assisting with drafting letters and wills and other administrative tasks.

A little about me

I am dedicated to making a positive difference to our clients in what can be difficult time in their lives. I like to establish strong relationships and to be there for our clients. I strive to make it as less stressful as possible for our clients and find it extremely rewarding to be part of a team that helps in every way that we can.

It really enjoy being involved in a process where you can see the relief of clients after signing their wills or comforting and reassuring clients if they have just lost a loved one.

I offer support to clients by ensuring I am understanding and approachable, putting the clients’ needs first. I take great pride in knowing that we do our best to help those in need and  knowing they no longer need to be worried.

My experience

I graduated with a 2:1 in  Law and History 2020 and then I graduated from the University of Law in 2021 after doing my GDL. Before going on to work as a paralegal in a small family firm, where I gained valuable experience in Wills Trust and Probate

This provided me with insight of Wills, Trusts and Probate, which has served me well since I joined the Jackson Lees Group as a Paralegal in July 2023.

My ultimate aim is to become a solicitor at Jackson Lees and I look forward to continuing my work in the Wills, Trusts and Probate team.
