I head up the Commercial Property department at Jackson Lees, which covers a wide range of areas including commercial leases, commercial property acquisitions and sales, commercial property licences, property development, option agreements and conditional contracts. Our clients include small to medium sized companies, pension funds, banks, building societies, retailers, institutional investors, blue chip property companies, developers and individuals.
A little about me
I enjoy working on a wide range of commercial property matters and love that no two days are ever the same. Every transaction presents new challenges and opportunities, which keeps the work interesting and rewarding. One of the most satisfying aspects of my role is building long-term relationships with clients. By getting to know them and understanding their business and commercial objectives, we can provide tailored advice that supports them at every stage of their property journey.
My experience
I have worked in the field of Commercial Property for over 10 years. I qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and, following working at different levels in different sized firms, I have grown and led Farrington Law (sister brand of Jackson Lees) since 2019 and became part of the Jackson Lees Group in March 2024. Since then, we have been building on the services we offer from our office in Churchtown, Southport, by being part of the wider Jackson Lees Group team. In early 2026 I took on the role of head of Commercial Property at Jackson Lees Group and remain the head of Farrington Law.
