How can I help you?

I am the new claims Team Leader within the Medical Negligence department. As well as overseeing and supporting my team, I guide clients through the onboarding process with clarity and care. I assist with gathering valuable and relevant information to enable our solicitors to consider the merits of a case. All whilst reassuring and supporting our clients through what can be a daunting process.

A little about me

In my spare time I love to make memories with friends and family whether it’s simple days out/ staycations. My favourite part of my job is speaking to our clients and building a strong rapport. I am extremely passionate about the work that we do and it is important to me that I feel like I am able to make a difference to others by supporting them on this journey to justice. 

My experience

I have been in my role at Jackson Lees for 3 months. I have previously worked at other law firms in several areas specialising in personal injury. My experience in law firms spans over a decade with most of my experience in managing onboarding teams.
