• Manage a full caseload of commercial property matters, including: Sales and purchases, Landlord and tenant work, Refinancing matters
• Oversee transactions from onboarding through to completion.
• Maintain accurate and compliant file management, adhering to internal processes and regulatory requirements.
• Delegate tasks appropriately to the legal support team to ensure efficiency and timely progress.
• Manage financial aspects of matters to support departmental KPIs and overall performance.

What We're Looking For?

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• 5+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property.
• Strong technical knowledge across all areas of commercial property work.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• A collaborative, team‑focused approach.
• Strong communication skills and a client‑focused mindset.
• Self‑motivation, with the ability to work independently when needed.
