  • To assist with new client enquiries, including obtaining relevant information, supporting the onboarding process, and assisting with retainers and client sign-up.
  • To maintain accurate, up-to-date and well-organised files, ensuring compliance with Money Laundering, Lexcel and firm-wide regulatory requirements.
  • To diarise key dates and proactively chase responses from clients, Counsel, the Courts, Medical Experts and other third parties.
  • To assist with file audits, risk assessments and corrective actions where required, ensuring files always remain audit ready.
  • To provide general administrative support to the team, including document management, arranging meetings, and making travel arrangements when necessary.
  • To always handle confidential information with discretion and act on own initiative in the day-to-day management of tasks.
  • To carry out any other duties reasonably requested by the Team Head or management team.
