Contact meHow can I help you?
I am a Trainee Solicitor in the Civil Liberties team. I assist our clients with a range of legal matters including actions against the police, prisons and Inquests. My role includes assisting solicitors with the day to day running of their files, as well as handling my own files for cases against the police and discussing new cases with new clients.
My favourite part of my role is making a positive difference by enabling our clients to seek justice for themselves and their family members. For example, I find it rewarding to support families through inquest hearings, to help them gain some closure into the death of their loved one.
A little about me.
Outside of work, I am an eager music fan and spend a lot of time listening to music and going to concerts and festivals. I am very open-minded and my music taste reflects this too. My playlist includes all genres from country and soul to heavy rock.
My experience.
I joined Jackson Lees Group in 2023 as a paralegal in the Court of Protection Department, where I supported individuals with disabilities and their families. I started my training contract in 2024, spending 6 months as a trainee solicitor in the Court of Protection team, before moving to the Civil Liberties team. Throughout my training contract I have developed my skills in litigation against the police, supporting individuals with complex needs and gained experience in the coroner’s court. I am due to qualify as a solicitor in May 2026.
Before joining Jackson Lees Group, I worked as a paralegal in property matters including commercial property, bridging loans and residential property transactions. In these roles, I learned how to manage my own cases and transactions and establish strong professional relationships with my clients. I pride myself on my ability to develop trust and rapport with my clientele.
