I specialise in criminal law and cover a full range of offences including road traffic prosecutions, drug conspiracies, firearms, violent crimes, murder and fraud. I have extensive experience in representing both vulnerable defendants and those under 18 appearing in the youth court and possess the specific skills such cases require. I will advise you at each stage of proceedings offering support and clear communication eliminating any confusing jargon.

A little about me

As an advocate who appears daily in the magistrates court I robustly defend and protect the rights of defendants facing all manner of allegations. I have an in-depth working knowledge of both legislation and practice ensuring the best possible outcome for all of my clients. I am passionate about my job and pride myself on being meticulously prepared and dedicated to every case. New clients regularly come to me as referrals and I feel privileged that they put their trust in me. I am committed to maintaining a high level of service that is both professional and approachable.

My experience

With over 14 years experience in criminal law I have the knowledge and skills to help you with your case and guide you through every stage. I qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and have previously worked for a local authority and in the Middle East. I have now been working at Broudie Jackson Canter for the last ten years representing clients across some of the city’s most high profile and complex cases. I am a proud member of the Liverpool Duty Solicitor Scheme ensuring I maintain a high level of expertise across all areas of criminal law.
