How can I help you?

I specialise in Asylum and Human Rights Law, representing clients’ cases that involve Asylum seeking children, gender based and religious persecution and exclusion from the Refugee Convention. I have a particular interest and expertise in representing victims of trafficking, LGBT cases, complex cases which overlap with family law issues and medical cases. I also have good links with Charities assisting trafficking victims, people with HIV and is a former Trustee of MRANG.

I have a broad appeal workload representing clients in the First Tier Tribunal, Upper Tribunal and the Court of Appeal. I’ve been involved in a number of Judicial Review matters representing claimants concerning injunctions, challenges to certification and removal under the Dublin Regulations.
