How can I help you?

I am a Trainee Mental Health Caseworker in the Mental Health team. I support Micheal Davis and Michaela Hesketh with day-to-day cases ensuring they run smoothly. I regularly visit wards to advise you on your rights and assist with appeals to First Tier Tribunal /or Hospital Managers. 

A little about me.

I’m passionate about helping people and always aim to provide the best service I can. My favourite part of the role is meeting new people. I am a good listener-approachable, friendly and sympathetic to each client’s situation.

My experience.

I joined in February 2025, bringing with me a qualification in dental nursing. I’ve transferred my skills from a client-facing role to support clients here, and I continue to learn every day. Whilst I assist Micheal and Michaela, they generously share their extensive expertise on any queries I have.
