How can I help you?

My role is principally to ensure that the Post Completions Department is running effectively allowing all Registrations to be submitted to the Land Registry within the priority dates afforded by official searches and ensuring Completion of Registration documents are sent to the Clients and Lenders within appropriate timescales.

A little about me

I take pride in my work which allows me to achieve the required results through my thoroughness, can do attitude and attention to detail which involves planning, organisation and commitment.

My experience

My career began in law in 1980, from 1991 to 2012 I progressed to Re-mortgage Manager. Whist in this role I passed the Licensed Conveyancers Course which covered areas such as Conveyancing Law & Practice, Landlord & Tenant, Foundation Land Law & Foundation Law of Contract.

In 2013 I joined Jackson Lees, I initially dealt with residential conveyancing transactions, sales, purchases and re-mortgages. I then moved to the Post Completions Department dealing with Registrations at the Land Registry where my experience allows me to assist fee earners in liaising with the Vendors Solicitors, Lenders and all other relevant parties which allows me to achieve the required results upon registration of all transactions.
