I’m a Probate Executive in the Wills, Trusts & Probate team based in Hoylake. I am first port of call for our team when you have an enquiry regarding your appointment or any documents you’ve received from us. 

A little about me

My role is interesting and varied, and every client I work with teaches me new skills.  I enjoy meeting clients and being able to assist where I can in what can sometimes be very challenging and upsetting situations.  I aim to ensure satisfaction for every client and when previous clients return to the firm to request that we do more for them I know I’ve achieved that aim.

My experience

I started working with the firm in 2015 as a receptionist in the old West Kirby office, and became a secretary within the department in 2016. My previous experience was not in the legal profession, however, many of the skills I’ve learned through both previous roles and as a member of staff with the Royal Air Force Air Cadets have helped me succeed in both my positions here.
