Overall purpose:
Delivering a professional, responsive, high quality service to our clients ensuring full compliance with policies and procedures laid out by the Firm and by regulatory bodies. To act as an ambassador for the Firm at all times, actively promoting its services.
Key accountabilities:
- You will be managing your own caseload of clinical negligence cases of varying values and will be responsible for the day to day running of those files.
- Taking responsibility for you for all defendant Clinical Negligence matters, as well as your own files.
- You will be assisting on catastrophic injury cases
- You will work with senior colleagues on multi-million and high-profile cases.
- Take responsibility for your defendant Clinical Negligence matters
Key experiences:
- Ideal candidate will be 4+ years PQE
- Proven experience of managing your own caseload of varying values
- Be adaptable to teamwork as you will work with senior colleagues on £multi-million and high-profile cases.
- Empathy for clients
- Passion for Clinical Negligence
