ROLE DESCRIPTION: COP ADMIN TEAM LEADER
Job title: COP Admin Team Leader
Reporting: Reports to the Head of Department
Location: Walker House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool
Key Accountabilities:
SUPERVISION/COACHING
- To supervise day to day work and be available for questions or issues raised by team members;
- To provide coaching and/or training where appropriate (or ensure effective delegation of such); and to monitor performance;
- To promote and encourage efficient and effective working practices in accordance with department directives where applicable;
- To monitor workloads between team members;
- To allocate tasks appropriately between team members;
- To take ownership of the team’s processes and procedures.
PERSONAL CAREER DEVELOPMENT FOR TEAM MEMBERS
- To ensure that every member of the team knows what is expected of them;
- To liaise with the Head of Department in order to assist them with appropriate people management;
- To supervise the implementation of agreed personal development objectives;
IMPLEMENTATION OF FIRM WIDE PROCEDURES AND CULTURE
- To ensure full compliance with firm and departmental procedures;
- To promote quality by explaining its importance and nature, and by setting an example;
- To promote openness, involvement and equal opportunity;
- To promote co-operation between team members, departments and offices;
- To promote cross selling between departments;
- To lead by example;16. To promote a good level of morale and loyalty;
TEAM ORGANISATION
- To identify, recommend and deal with in conjunction with the other team heads recruitment, training, promotion or disciplinary action where appropriate;
- To ensure adequate cover for holidays, sickness etc within the team

- To develop management and leadership skills;
- To work with HOD and other team leaders in development of dept plans for growth
