About the role

Our Wills, Trusts and Probate Lawyers are committed to finding the best solutions with our client’s personal needs in mind, offering sympathetic and expert legal advice.

This is a varied role within a supportive, friendly, and knowledgeable team and no day is the same. You will manage a varied client caseload including advising on aspects of probate, will drafting, tax planning, advising on trusts, trust set up and trust admin and estate administration and including powers of attorney. You will also deal directly with clients, their families, and carers along with other third parties such as medical experts and case managers. It is expected that you deliver high quality and sympathetic client care, build a good rapport with existing clients, and attract new clients.

What do we need?

The ideal candidates will be friendly, sympathetic, and caring.  They will also be a good communicator and able to vary their means and style of communication depending on the client’s needs. STEP qualification is desirable but not essential. As this vacancy is to join a large team, the ideal candidate will work well as a part of a team as well as being able to work on their own. 

Key accountabilities:
