How can I help you?

I have worked for Jackson Lees for all my working life, 37 years. My role is to deal with all the incoming enquiries for our wills department, this covers quoting and booking in any meetings. I also deal with probate enquiries where sensitivity and empathy are key as this can be a very distressing time.

I assist with phone cover during our busy periods. I also assist with Front of House cover when needed.

A little about me

Sometimes clients visit due to very stressful circumstances in their lives, I believe I can make their visit to Jackson Lees less stressful by being friendly, welcoming, and putting them at ease. I have received some lovely feedback from clients on the phone and in person which makes me feel I have provided a good experience and made a positive difference. 

Every day is different as I don’t know what calls I’ll encounter or who is going to walk through the door, keeping my role fresh and enjoyable.

My experience

I joined the firm straight from school 37 years ago, all my working life. Having worked for the company for a long period of time, I have an excellent rapport with many of our longstanding clients, being on first name terms with many. In that time, I have seen many changes throughout the firm, although the ethos to make a positive difference remains the same.

I’ve gained a wealth of experience during my career with customer service and making the clients journey a pleasant experience always being my number one priority.
