How can I help you?

My key priority is to ensure that The Front of House team continue to give the best support possible to our clients. I am passionate about client service and work with our team to provide excellent customer service at all times.

I’m also the manager of facilities across the group. I support the firm by managing contracts and ensuring the business runs as smoothly as possible at all times.

A little about me

Looking after 6 offices gives me variety in my role and I can be based in different offices depending on the needs of the business. I enjoy spending time across the offices as it gives me a chance to spend time with different people. I am a people person and this is one of the reasons I love my job.

My experience

I joined the firm in 2014 as a Front of house supervisor and built up my experience by dealing with challenging situations and overcoming them. Within 6 months I became manager across FOH and then not long after that began to look after the facilities side of things.

My background before Jackson Lees was management within a retail environment, this involved managing a large team, running events, promotions, client services etc.
