I assist with property and financial affairs deputyships, for people who have been deemed to lack the capacity to manage their own affairs. I also have experience with professional trusteeships and attorney matters.  This includes supporting individuals to make applications to become appointed as a deputy in the Court of Protection.

My experience

I originally started with Jackson Lees in 2014 as part of the Hillsborough team, whilst completing my law degree, before moving to the Court of Protection team in 2016. I qualified as a solicitor in 2021 after securing a Training Contract at different Liverpool firm. I have since returned the team in 2022.
