How can I help you? 

I develop relationships from the initial point of contact with our people, through our recruitment and integration process, right throughout their time with us. Building strong relationships with our people means its easier for me to offer support from a wellbeing perspective, whether that’s as a  mental health first aider or as a friendly ear for those who need to talk. Our people’s mental health is very important to me and I’m always here for a chat. I also support our inclusion work, ensuring our people are heard, supported and feel completely included in the wider business.  

Working within a wider People team, I offer support to our Heads of Department, Team Leaders and people on an ad hoc basis.  

A little about me

I am a “soccer mom” most weekends and love to spend time with my family.  I love socialising, singing and dancing!   You will often find me in a local dance class or on a boogie bounce trampoline! 

I am a people person and love to help and see people succeed. 

My experience

My background is in the corporate world of law prior to moving to the MAPD Group and into to this fabulous role.  Personal life experiences made me realise that I am more of a people person which is what inspired me to move into the People space.  My role is so versatile that no two days are the same and this is what I love.
