How can I help you?

My role sees me interacting regularly with clients, both in person and over the phone. I offer support to clients and also the solicitors running their cases. I now work within the Wills Trusts & Probate department after 2 years working within the Public Family team. My days tasks can see me providing support to both clients and our Solicitors, to taking information for a new clients’ initial enquires. As a whole, I am here to offer support to you every step of the way.

A little about me

I came into law later in life than most, after completing an advanced apprenticeship on the railway and working there for 3 years, I decided that I wanted to have a direct interaction with people and to directly help those that are in a time of need. I get a great amount of satisfaction in being there for others and helping achieve the best possible result for the client. The life experience I have gained in my previous roles has greatly assisted me in this one. Seeing the difference that we, at Broudie Jackson Canter, have made to people’s lives has given me the affirmation that I made the correct call and I know that I am in the place to achieve my goals.

My experience

I joined Jackson Lees Group as a Paralegal in May 2021 after gaining experience from client-focused roles including the Liverpool Citizens Advice Bureau. I graduated from Liverpool John Moore’s University in 2021 with a LLB degree in Law.

I have recently completed the Legal Practice Course at Liverpool John Moore’s University. I started my training contact in September 2023 with my first seat being in Wills Trusts & Probate.
