A positive client experience is one of the key goals at the Jackson Lees Group. My role as a Behavioural Psychologist is to develop a better understanding of interactions with our clients, to help improve future interactions between lawyers and clients to increase client satisfaction.

A little about me

I’m passionate about the psychology behind human behaviour. I hope to be able to use my knowledge to drive positive, evidence-based, change through the work that I do! Additionally, outside of work I enjoy indulging in creative endeavours, such as photography, art and music.

My experience

I graduated with a Masters in Organisational Psychology from the University of Manchester in 2021. While I am a fresh graduate, I am committed to learning and getting experience in my role to help improve the overall client experience and make a positive difference with what I do!
