I am a compassionate and experienced employment Solicitor with a vast knowledge of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
On a daily basis, I assist organisations through a wide remit of areas including advising on disciplinary and grievance matters, sickness absence cases, discrimination and TUPE matters, as well as drafting and implementing Contracts of Employment and Settlement Agreements. With regard to individual matters, I assist people with an array of discrimination matters, unfair and constructive dismissal matters, protected disclosures and advising on settlement agreements.
I have a solid foundation in employment law and HR matters.
A little bit about me
I am extremely passionate about access to justice. I am engaged in a networking forum which strives to provide this to the people in Liverpool and its surrounding areas. I am committed to making a positive difference in people’s lives and helping with the technical element to employment law which can be really daunting to engage in.
I listen to my client’s needs and help manage their expectations at every level possible. I pride myself on my commitment to excellent client care and my kind and approachable nature.
I qualified into Employment Law in August 2018, after completing my training with a high street firm in Liverpool. I have since had experience in several other law firms in and around Liverpool gaining a good background in all areas of employment law, undertaking both commercial and non-commercial work.
I was shortlisted for the rising star award in 2020 via the Merseyside Junior Lawyers Division in Liverpool. I provide result-focused advice, and personalised service and I hope to continue to deliver the best service to clients whilst at Jackson Lees.
