How can I help you?

I am Welcome Team Manager based mainly at Walker House in Liverpool. As manager of the Welcome Team, my role is to be the first point of contact when you call through to the company.

I am there to assist with directing your call to the appropriate staff member dealing with a current case you may have with ourselves, or to assist with any new enquiries you may have. I will always endeavour to assist you as best as possible with any queries you may have, or point you in the right direction!

A little about me

I enjoy being able to talk to people and to help where I can. This is why I feel the most comfortable within a customer service role, as I am happy to listen to what you have to say as well as pay attention to detail.

My experience

I have worked within the legal industry since finishing high school. I have a background with various types of customer service, and also have experience within the Personal Injury sector where I have managed my own caseload of MOJ Portal files. I joined the Jackson Lees Group in May 2019.
