How can I help you? 

As Head of IT, my role is to make sure that systems are in place, working, and secure to ensure our legal teams are able to handle your matter effectively.  I am also responsible for helping us keep up to date with technology so that we can keep improving our processes and become more and more efficient.

A little about me

I am lucky to be in a role that I am very passionate about, as well as working for a company that has a similar passion about the work we do. 

I never know what to expect when I come in the office, as each day is different. I enjoy solving problems for people and seeing people smile when solutions are found for them.  I also enjoy seeing my team members progress and keep striving to be the best they can.

My experience

I have worked in Legal IT for 19 years, starting in an IT Support Role. 

I moved onto building websites and developing web applications to allow data to be transferred between parties quickly, easily, and securely.  Some of this work was awarded Best Online Service and Best Commoditised Service at the Legal Technology Awards. 

A lot of my time now is spent changing processes with legal teams and advising the best use of technology.
