How can I help you?

I am solicitor specialising in corporate and commercial matters. I help clients with a range of queries surrounding the day to day operation of their businesses from drafting shareholders’ agreements and articles of association to advising clients on sales and acquisitions. I also advise clients on various contractual agreements including distribution agreements, supplier agreements, sale agreements, data sharing agreements and I prepare business terms and conditions.

A little bit about me

I enjoy working closely with my clients to understand their business and their business needs. Every business is different and therefore it’s not a case of one size fits all! My experience is varied having worked with a range of commercial clients; from dealing with sales and acquisitions, incorporations, group re-organisations to general commercial matters.

My experience

Prior to working in private practice, I worked as in-house counsel for a large telecommunications company, managing their litigation team and gaining first-hand experience of business operations, marketing and finance. I qualified as a solicitor in 2017 whilst working for a leading North West firm and joined Jackson Lees in 2021.
